Many instruments are published in journal articles. Search CINAHL, via find articles on your topic from Milner Library's homepage, and enter the subject heading RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS. Subject headings can be combined with other subject headings.
For instance, by combining RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS with HEALTH PROMOTION one would get references to research instruments related to health promotion.
