American Consumer Satisfaction Index
Developed by the National Quality Research Center at the University of Michigan Business School. Select ACSI Scores and Commentary for  national measures of consumer satisfaction, evaluating 200 companies in 43 industries.

American Public Opinion Index (Reference HM 261 .A463)
American Public Opinion Data (Mfiche HM 261 .A462)
The index covers nearly 200 polling organizations in annual topical volumes from 1981 through 2000. There is a data set for each year, arranged by polling source. Data includes sample size, methodology, and conclusions as well as responses.  New:  Polling the Nations, the online service that replaced the American Public Opinion Index and Data.

Consumer Expenditure Survey
National survey data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics covering 1999 through 2005.

The Gallup Poll (Reference HN 90 .P8 G3)

GVU's WWW User Survey
Georgia Institute of Technology's Graphics, Visualization & Usability Center has administered ten online surveys of WWW users since January 1994. Available online are the summaries, graphical representation of survey results, and codebooks and datasets for each survey. Questions covered user demographics; Web use; and attitudes concerning privacy, censorship, security, information gathering, and purchasing behavior.

J.D. Power Consumer Center
Provides ratings for automobiles, boats, electronics, finance & insurance, healthcare, homes, telecom and travel.

Survey of Consumer Finances
Federal Reserve Board triennial survey of the balance sheet, pension, income, and other demographic characteristics of U.S. families. The survey also gathers information on the use of financial institutions.
